Mudita Holistic Collective
Muditā (Pāli and Sanskrit): (n) gaining joy and pleasure from other people's well-being
We are a collective of clinical professionals with a united intention to provide the best possible care, treatment and support for our clients.
We believe in an integrated approach which is whole-person focused.
We want the best for you.
our ethos
Mudita Holistic Collection encompasses Psychology, Psychotherapy,
Family Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Acupuncture, Naturopathy,
Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy
The Mudita Holistic Collective team is made up of a variety of practitioners, dedicated to the care of your mind, body and spirit.
We know a healthy mind resides within a healthy body, and a healthy body requires a healthy mind to keep it so.
We know too the importance of the existential questions and challenges of what it is to be human. Our philosophical understanding of the many issues we, as human beings face today - such as socio-economic distresses, relationship difficulties, climate change fears - lead us to see you in context of all aspects of your life, without reducing you to a diagnostic label.
Of course, diagnosis can be helpful to inform and direct treatment, but we know the whole person is greater than the parts that are distressed.
We seek to know you, understand you and improve your experience of yourself,
your life and your overall well-being.
All Mudita practitioners are well-networked and connected, and if we believe another practitioner or therapeutic modality will serve you better, we will recommend this to you and provide referrals.
Mudita Holistic Collective is an inclusive, safe, and LGBTQIA embracing space.
