About Jane
Jane Enter founded the Mudita Holistic Collective with two things in mind - high quality integrated clinical support for clients and equally high quality support for clinicians. She has brought together a group of experienced, dedicated and caring professionals who are passionate about doing their best for their clients.
Jane sits on two boards - The Buttery in the Northern Rivers of NSW and the governance board of an emerging Psychedelic rehabilitation programme. Jane has been the clinical director of three high end rehabilitation centres, the area manager of the Richmond Fellowship’s Northern Region and has held various managerial positions across diverse organisations. Jane has an extensive depth of clinical experience and expertise.

Jane is a psychotherapist and psychologist. With a passion for working with people, Jane is very committed to providing longer term psychotherapy for people who want to change unconscious patterns of behaviour and understand how their personal history informs their present.
Jane believes all couples can benefit from a regular relationship review. What one expected and wanted at the beginning of a relationship changes and evolves over the lifespan of a relationship. Recalibrating relationships, setting realistic goals, working through ongoing distressing patterns of behaving and responding, sharing values, managing parenting differences, improving community and developing true intimacy is the first goal of couple therapy.
Jane thoroughly enjoys her work and loves working with people in all states of being. Jane is highly qualified and experienced in treating a variety of extremely complex conditions such as trauma and addiction, as well as more common issues such as relationship difficulties or depression. Jane’s areas of interest include (but are by no means limited to) anxiety and depression, neuroplasticity and neurobiology, post traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, drug and alcohol addiction, major life transitions and adolescent mental health.

About Ruth
Ruth Cross (MPsych&Couns, MA, BA) is a psychotherapist and counsellor with a professional background in filmmaking supported by a lifelong personal yoga practice. Ruth’s fascination with the human condition drew her to documentaries, and over several decades she sought to make sense of the complexity of human experience through creative storytelling. Combining her training as a therapist with her film background enables a deeper understanding of how narrative coherence is integral to healing.
Navigating her own experience of menopause, Ruth discovered a dearth of therapeutic literature and a lack of practitioners trained to support women’s wellbeing through this critical life transition. This led Ruth to focusing her clinical practice on providing specialist support to help women navigate their emotional, psychological and spiritual states of being that arise during the physiological changes of menopause.
Ruth recognises every woman’s experience of menopause is as individual as she is. Her therapeutic approach is person-centred, meaning she is led by her client’s needs and lived experience. Ruth’s background, combined with this approach, brings a deep and holistic understanding of the midlife transition from perimenopause to menopause and beyond.
Ruth offers individual therapy focused on assisting clients to identify and understand their experience of the menopause years and how this pivotal stage of life can affect their lives and relationships. Acknowledging menopause as a bio-psycho-social-cultural transition, Ruth works with her clients to identify how their roles and relationships within family and society may be changing, and to explore and make meaning of their experiences within the larger context of their life story. In this way, alongside supporting women in midlife, Ruth offers individual therapy to partners of women in menopausal transition who may also be grappling with this shared time of change.
Ruth holds a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling with Distinction from Western Sydney University and is a Certified Practising Registrant of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
Ruth provides individual therapy sessions via telehealth, and for Sydney-based clients, she offers in-person sessions in Potts Point.
Ruth can be contacted directly on Ph : 0435 556 339 and/or email : ruth@ruthcross.com.au
