Remember ADHD or ADD is about dopamine regulation- so:- Exercise first thing in the morning Snack every 2-3 hours 20- 30 minutes concentration- ten minute breaks Schedule short meetings - you will become distracted if they go on too long… Practise mindfulness- slowly walk, do ONE thing at a time. If you are making tea- just make tea. If you are watching TV just watch TV - don’t YouTube, watch TV and read. Your brain becomes very tired multi tasking . Caffeine is generally fine Have a good sleep routine
